Who are we?

The idea for a modern, cross-cultural sustainable construction consultancy was conceived in 2017. After extensive planning, and an official endorsement from the University College London Incubator in 2018, Arcas & Callisto (A&C) Consulting was founded by Jia Li and her father Shaoqiang in 2019.

A&C aims to become a bridge in the building industry between China and the UK, and ultimately to enable global environmental goals. It covers three service areas: Technical Research & Consulting Services; the China B2B Success System, and our Knowledge Hub. Through these elements, we provide business development opportunities to our clients, and promote knowledge exchange in the industry.

We achieve our objectives by utilitising our founder’s nearly 40 years of experience in China’s B2B market to create efficient development strategies, tailoring technical solutions to local needs, and providing high-value business contacts for those who wish to enter or expand within the Chinese market. With "Transparency Builds Trust" as our slogan and driving philosophy, we are committed to protecting our clients’ best interests, helping them to understand the market, and, most importantly, to excel.
